I felt wonderful and had normal bowel function daily without having any fiber in my diet. So, apparently I have to determine the caloric content of meat and fat even in the absence of any carbs. Marly Some people can consume a lot of calories even while following a low-carb diet without snacking.
I had a scan last monday and they said everything looked fine.
